Mission Statement
Lighthouse Community Church exists to create communities of Loving, Living, Learning, Lighting Christ-Followers.

Our Vision is to be a Loving, Living, Learning and Lighting community of Christ-Followers.

We want to share life in authentic community. Our objective is at least 75% of our number involved in Small Groups.

We want to delight in life with God and seek EPIC worship;

E = Experiential, not just rational,
P = Participatory, not just observed,
I = Image driven, not just word-based,
C = Communal, not just individual.

We seek Learning through grace-filled, spiritually transforming experiences. Our objective is at least 50% Learning and Ministry Center involvement.

We strive for culturally relational outreach. We would like to achieve a 10% conversion growth rate, that is a tenth of our number of new followers every year.
